SUGAR FREE FUDGE CANDY RECIPE
Ingredients: Dash of salt, ¼ cup butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 tbsp cocoa, 13 oz can of skim evaporated milk, 2 ½ cup unsweetened cereal crumbs, 1 tbsp granulated sugar replacement, ¼ cup nuts very finely chopped.
Preparation:
Mix cocoa and milk in a saucepan and cook in a low flame. Cook until the cocoa dissolves.
Add sugar replacement, salt, butter, and vanilla and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the flame and cook for about two to three minutes.
Add the unsweetened cereal crumbs. Cook for fifteen minutes.
Divide the butter in half. Roll each half into a tube about eight inches long.
Coat each tube with finely chopped nuts. Wrap in waxed paper.
Cool in and chill overnight. Cut into ¼ inch slices.
