Top 10 Sugar Free Desserts in the Philippines

You say “No” to desserts with high sugar content for personal reasons. Some say goodbye because they are diagnosed with diabetes in mind. Others take away sweets from their diet in order to maintain their desired weight. Desserts are the number one source of sugar. However, it does not mean that you need to entirely ignore them in your diet. Since the human race is really resourceful and creative, there are available desserts with no sugar content. An online magazine based in the Philippines, SPOT.ph listed the top ten guilt-free sweets. They still offer heavenly taste even without excessive glucose.

Bizu Patisserie’s Jolie is rated as the best sugar-free dessert. It is a French cuisine. It comes with multi-layered fillings. Hazelnuts are put on top to add a crunchy effect when consumed. Chiboust cream is highlighted on the cake.

Miss Desserts’ New York Style Cheesecake comes next. Splenda is mixed with its creamy taste. It balances tart and sweet flavors.

Sebastian’s Cookies After Midnight Ice Cream places third as the best sugar-free dessert. Cookies, dark chocolates and bits of milk chocolates are the main ingredients. Cocoa flavors explode through the mouth.

Classic Confections’ Lemon Torte is at 4th spot. It is coated with creamy light whipped icing. Lemon flavor creates a giddy effect. Cashew nuts come in between layers. It is sweetened by isomalt. It is a unique dessert because sour taste is dominant.

Another food item from Miss Desserts completed the top five – Chocolate Decadent Cake. It is moist with rich frosting of melted chocolate. Caramel sauce is trickled around the cake. Splenda is used as a substitute from sugar.
